Technological process:
The printing process adopts continuous production process with printing--- drying--- printing--- drying pattern.

Performance characteristic:
1.Printing unit and dryer adopts modular design, it can combine arbitrarily according to the user’s requirements. The maximum printing color can up to 6 sets.
2.Printed fabric continuously transmit by the printing blanket, the driving motor adopts imported servo motor, guarantees the register precision .
3.Printing unit adopts closed type of single beam with up and down structure, the motor is inside the net beam, which prevents electrical failure caused by water. Horizontal and diagonal register operation adopts manual knob operation and was in the same side of the main operation , which has the features of reliable, applicable, easy to operate, save manpower.
4.Unique patent scraper, possess the function of cooling paste, effectively prevent the mucilage plugging.
5.In the first and the last printing unit position,they can realize the free switch between scraper printing and magnet printing, can better meet the requirements of coating and foaming process.
